Follow-up to the European Conference "Children’s Rights Behind Bars"

CHILDREN’S RIGHTS BEHIND BARS Human Rights of Children Deprived of Liberty : Improving Monitoring Mechanisms : 15 February 2016, CESE Brussels

The organization wanted to thank you for attending the European Conference "Children’s Rights Behind Bars : Human Rights of Children Deprived of Liberty : Improving Monitoring Mechanisms” held at the European Economic and Social Committee in Brussels on 15 February 2016.

On behalf of the project partners and organisers, Defence for Children International (DCI)-Belgium hopes you found the Conference valuable, inspiring for daily activities and future research and projects, as well as a good opportunity for networking with colleagues and partners in this field. Please find all the available materials produced in the framework of the project “Children’s Rights behind Bars” and of the European Conference on the CRBB website, including the following :
- All the available presentations and pictures of the Conference
- The Practical Guide (currently available in English and in French) and all its promotional materials (brochure, poster, etc.)

2. Practical Guide : Monitoring places where Children are Deprived of Liberty
Your organisation is interested in promoting the Practical Guide through dissemination of hard copies (currently available in English and in French), through relevant promotional materials or by translating the Practical Guide into other language(s) ? Please contact them

Note that all translations will be subjected to a written agreement beforehand.

Your organisation is interested in hosting our photo exhibition “Looking Through Bars” and/or in getting one or several photo book(s) ?
